Role Description
Txture is growing and we are looking for a Sales Manager to help us expand our direct sales team. As a Sales Manager for our direct clients, you will identify, nurture and close opportunities for selling our cutting-edge cloud transformation software to organizations. You will build and sell these opportunities to clients in collaboration with our system integrator partners or directly to the client to help them reap the benefits of the cloud. You will be networking with enterprise architects, members of the cloud center of excellence and IT infrastructure, and cloud leaders of large organizations to identify the challenges and opportunities where our cloud transformation software can help accelerate their transformation efforts, ease multi-cloud decision-making and save costs.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Identify opportunities with enterprise clients by understanding their cloud transformation strategy and needs
- Take over leads from marketing and the business development team
- Negotiate deals with end clients that are mutually beneficial
- Present product demos together with the sales engineering team
- Support with creating sales material that targets the needs of the clients
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product management
Your profile
- Professional communication skills, a sales-driven mentality, and a growth mindset
- Experience with selling software in the enterprise space
- Strong network builder
- Ability to engage with and convince IT leaders in large organizations
- Willingness to travel to clients and conferences in the DACH region
- Open for change, team empathy, and proactive to help Txture grow as a company
- Experience in any of the following enterprise IT topics is a plus
- Cloud computing and migration
- Enterprise Architecture Management
- IT asset or service management
- Negotiation-ready German and English

- Our salary is based on the IT collective agreement in Austria with the intention of overpayment. The salary includes a competitive base salary plus a quarterly, revenue-growth-based bonus that is spread across the entire team
