Business Development Representative

Role Description

As a Business Development Representative at Txture, you will generate new sales opportunities and add qualified leads to our sales pipeline. You will work closely with the partner management team for prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to convert them into new customers. Mostly you will be responsible for business opportunities in the cloud transformation market and maintain our client database to guarantee a successful workflow. 

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Generate and qualify outbound leads for the partner management team 
  • Conduct research to identify leads and business opportunities
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline with the goal to produce more qualified leads
  • Maintain the CRM to make sure the team can access current information on all leads
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales- and performance goals to ensure they are being met

Your profile

  • Motivation to learn about cloud technologies and build technology partnerships in the enterprise software space
  • Knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Professional communication skills, a sales-driven mentality, and a growth mindset
  • Open for change, team empathy, and proactive to help Txture grow as a company
  • Fluent in German and English
