Role Description
Txture is a SaaS software that helps mid-sized to large companies reduce their carbon footprint, IT costs, and modernize their IT. Our
SDRs are often the
first point of contact for new prospects considering partnering with Txture to optimize their business. We have
best-in-class tools to allow you to engage and support these prospects, and the skills you gather in this role will set you up for success as both a Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive (AE) role in the future. Our BDR team is part of our wider sales business,
focusing on generating new business and whitespace pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities with the ultimate goal of closing/won business.
These tasks are waiting for you
- Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting and outbound activities (calling, LinkedIN/email outreach)
- Respond to and qualify marketing-generated leads from marketing efforts such as the website, field events, webinars, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the account team to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic goals within a target market
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Txture
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
- Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions
- Attend field sales meetings as appropriate
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue.
Your profile

- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies or the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- Worked in teams, is used to working as a team player
- Fluency in German and English languages are required for this role

- A minimum gross salary starting from € 35.000 / year (overpayment with appropriate experience) + performance-based uncapped commission
